Knowledgeable & experienced Staff: Staff performing maintenance carpet cleaning programs have at least 5 years of experience, with many staff exceeding 10 years experience with ServiceMaster. These staff members are committed to their quality of work and treat ServiceMaster as their own business.

Security Compliance: All staff are checked & cleared for police/criminal record, ID and all previous employment verified. Staff wear on-site their certified BackCheck ID cards. Working in many government facilities and security sensitive environments all of our staff take compliance and privacy seriously. We all adhere to privacy regulations as described by the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA)

Continuing Education & Training: Cleaning staff isrequired to fulfill a comprehensive training period in field as well as home study work on chemicals and cleaning procedures. Staff is also required to attend regional training seminars that include topics such as WHMIS training, Customer Service concepts and various Technical training procedures. It is mandatory for all of our staff to be IICRC Certified so that we are following the correct procedures and equipment that is approved by carpet manufacturers.

Quality Control: All Services are performed by professionals that are qualified and skilled to complete the cleaning tasks required. A thorough pre-inspection and assessment is done of your space. Before each service we identify any areas of concern or if there are any items that need to be added to the clean. We will follow-up with you after every cleaning to see how it went. Periodic inspections are performed by our General Manager to ensure the highest quality of workmanship.
